Information you or your program representatives provide may include your name, mobile number, team or program affiliation, participant role, eligibility information, and consent records. STAR may also receive activity submissions, supporting evidence, points and review history, support requests, and message delivery or opt-out records. If an activity involves a purchase or referral, relevant transaction records may be used to verify that activity.
The website also processes technical information such as browser and device details, session cookies, page interactions, and error information.
How we use information
We use information to administer STAR, verify identity and permissions, process activities and reviews, maintain points records, provide support, and protect the service. When you opt in, we use your number to deliver STAR messages, process replies, and honor your communication choices.
SMS privacy and consent
We do not sell or share mobile phone information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to the STAR messaging program and is not transferred to other campaigns.
Service providers may process this information only to operate STAR on our behalf, including sending messages, verifying phone possession, and recording delivery and opt-out requests. We do not provide SMS opt-in records to advertisers or lead-generation services.

The SMS consent restrictions above apply to these uses.
Cookies and website diagnostics
Essential cookies support secure staff sign-in and sessions. Authenticated staff areas use LogRocket for session replay and error and performance diagnostics. Sensitive form inputs and designated participant fields are redacted. Public Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages do not load session-replay software.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to operate the program, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention needs vary by record type. Access is restricted to authorized users and service providers.
To request access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right, email star@cedarbrook.ai. We may verify your identity and retain records required for legal, security, or program-accounting purposes. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP; this does not by itself delete your program records.
Minor participants
Minor participation requires parent or legal guardian involvement and any consents required for the program and by applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's information. Please do not send sensitive identity documents or financial account details by text.
